Did you know the appropriation amount, for year 2023, increased by 43% or 80,000,000+ over the year before? This increase is outrageous! Normal increases over the past years ranged around 7 to 10%. This kind of increase equates to poor oversight by our commissioners and placed our County in an untenable position that required such a large increase in ONE year. Lastly, I encourage responsible adults to enjoy the use of our Constitutional Carry in Alabama. Train, carry, and support our Local Law-enforcement and keep Madison County Safe. Let us work with the Sheriff to create an optional low-cost program that increases skills and knowledge. This working and training together may also help form a better bond between Law Enforcement and those that choose to carry.
Why am I Unique for this position?
I am blessed with a lifetime of varied experiences, from low-paying jobs with Zero benefits to years of Law Enforcement and Contract work, often training who are those serving. I traveled the world as a contractor and experienced the death of friends in foreign lands and saw the deprivation, and pain caused by Tyranny. I am a common-sense candidate who will look at the big picture for the Citizens of this county, listen to your needs, wants and comments, and operate with an open mind and willingness to think outside the normal status quo. We need to examine the issues and determine what works best for you, the tax paying citizen, not the selfish needs of the Federal, State or even our own local government and/or big business.
